Steve responded right away to our call, giving us an idea of potential problems and costs. He did have to install a new garage door opener and he did it quickly and efficiently, explaining things as he went along. We were very pleased with his service and would highly recommend A-OK to anyone.

Our garage door opener broke on a Wednesday at 4:00 pm, while our grandson was here and the day before we were to pick up our son at the airport. Steve said he could come Friday, but when he heard we would have to change our plans on Friday, he said he could come at the next day at 8:00am. He actually got here about 7:40, installed the new opener and replaced all 10 rollers by 9:30. Great customer service and at a good price. Highly recommend!.
